Shipping policy

Free Shipping Australia-Wide All BodyForge™ orders include free standard shipping anywhere in Australia — no minimum spend, no exceptions.

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times Standard delivery via Australia Post typically arrives within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak periods.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link via Australia Post. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact our team at hi@bodyforge.com.au and we'll investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.

Address Changes If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at hi@bodyforge.com.au before your order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, address changes may be possible through Australia Post's tracking portal but cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping At this stage, BodyForge™ ships within Australia only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
